The customer service was the worst part of my experience. I reached out about an issue with my order, but the replies took a while and didn’t really help much.

I kept having to repeat myself, and even then I never got a clear answer. It kind of felt like there wasn’t a real person actually looking into it, just generic responses being sent back. I wouldn’t use them again after this.

I placed my order and expected to get a tracking update quickly, but it still hasn’t changed. I’m still waiting and thought the response would be faster

I went in hoping to find a phone case, but the selection was really small. Kind of made me wonder if they just don’t restock often or if they’re only putting out certain items. Either way, I couldn’t find one for my phone.

I bought this case expecting it to last a decent amount of time because it was made out to be sturdy and good for everyday use. That definitely wasn’t my experience. After a short time, the corners started getting loose and the whole thing began wearing out way faster than it should have. Frustrating when a product promises protection but can’t even handle normal daily use.

I sent the item back thinking it would be a straightforward thing, but then I ended up chasing them over and over just to find out what was going on. The replies were slow, vague, and not very helpful. I was counting on getting that money back sooner because I had plans for the weekend, and the delay basically threw everything off. It really felt like no one there was in a rush to sort it out. Maybe other people have had better luck, but for me it was just a hassle from start to finish, and I don’t see myself ordering again.

I got a phone case from casexx.com because it was, uh, cheaper than a lot of other places I checked. The quality is decent for what I paid, nothing fancy but it does the job. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but overall I’m happy with it.

The case looked nice and seemed fine at first, but my phone still cracked after a small drop. I reached out hoping they’d help, but I just got the usual policy excuse, which was really frustrating. I bought it to protect my phone, and it didn’t do that.

I ordered a custom case from Shepherd Hills Cutlery, the print quality was the first thing I noticed. I’m usually not super picky about tiny details, but the image looked blurry and the colors were way more dull than the photo I uploaded.

After just a few days, the edges of the print already started looking scratched up. Once I saw that, it was hard to ignore anything else about the case because it just made the whole thing feel cheap and rushed.

For the price, I expected it to look a lot better and last longer. I really only cared about the custom print turning out nicely, and that’s exactly where it fell short, so I wouldn’t order from them again.

When my order arrived, the print looked really different from what I was expecting. The design seemed way off compared to what I submitted, which was disappointing. Has anyone else had this issue?

The case just didn’t fit my phone properly. The buttons didn’t line up, and the camera cutout looked a little crooked. I tried putting it on a couple times, but it just looked off and didn’t sit right

This case just didn’t hold up. It felt cheap right out of the box, and then it broke after barely any use. I was hoping it would be decent for the price, but yeah, not really worth the money

I tried using the site on my phone it was frustrating. The pages felt cluttered, the filters didn’t really narrow things down much, and somehow I kept losing the item I was looking at?? Checkout wasn’t very clear either. Maybe it’s smoother on a desktop, but on mobile?? Not a great experience for me.

I thought this case looked decent from the photos, so I was a bit disappointed when it arrived. In person, the material feels cheaper than I expected, especially for the price. It’s kind of thin and slippery in my hand, and after only a few days of using it, I already don’t really like the feel of it.

The box showed up crushed, and the case already had marks on it when I opened it. I keep wondering if I’m being too picky, but it was disappointing to receive it like that...
